Workforce Training Survey -- Click Here
Last spring the BCDA surveyed business leaders to identify key issues that should
be considered in our strategic planning process. Workforce development ranked highly
as a matter of concern. Business retention visits were also recently conducted with
some of our manufacturing companies-again, workforce development was a topic of
great concern. As a result, the BCDA will be looking at ways that we can support
and facilitate access to more training resources in the county. In order to be successful
with this, we would like your feedback on a simple survey that we have developed.
