Office & Commercial Sites

The Braxton County Development Authority is the developer of the Braxton Technology Center , a 30,000 square foot modern office building, located one-half mile from Interstate 79 at the Flatwoods exit.  This facility will accommodate technology and service related businesses.  Tenant improvements will be customized to meet the needs of the prospect.  There is currently 20,000 square feet available for lease.
